At the meeting we will review updates on this initiative and discuss concrete ways to expand its reach by (A) reaching arrangements with US and non-US bar groups to adopt the cross-border principles and (B) creating a working group of US and non-US practicing lawyers to develop practical, market-facing guidance on cross-border opinions.
