American companies are subject to an increasing scope of ESG legislation and regulation. From the Canadian S-211 supply chain transparency reporting law, to the EU’s proposed Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, to the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Law, American corporations need to broaden the scope of their compliance, corporate governance, and risk management. Join us for an update on this global activity and what this means for American companies and their boards of directors.
