This program will explore ethical obligations and risks in assisting underserved entrepreneurs to obtain capital and organize their entities, as well as in assisting with business plan formulation, tax and employment matters, and financial records to enable them to successfully establish and grow their businesses. What options are available for underserved entrepreneurs, including incubators and grants, and what rules govern lending institutions and capital raises? How can we help make this information easily available and searchable?
