Judge Welch served as the Presiding Judge of the Marion Superior Courts Executive Committee from 2019 to 2021. Judge Welch began serving as a Judge on January 1, 2007. Prior to being elected to the Marion Superior Court, Judge Welch served as a Magistrate Judge in the criminal and civil divisions.
