Linda Filardi is Counsel in the Fund Finance Group of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Prior to that, she was Senior Director at Capital One. Prior to Capital One, she was Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Antares Capital, which was previously the lev fin business of GE Capital. Linda is part of the Loan Syndicated Trading Association’s Primary Market Committee & on the Board of the Business Loan Coalition. She is Chair of the Fund Finance Committee of the ABA, a Regent of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers & Managing Editor, Business Law Today.

Liz’s practice focuses on distressed debt, regulated and complex debt offerings in private and public markets with a particular focus on asset managers, healthcare, life sciences, technology, intellectual property, NAV financings, and other transactions involving regulated and esoteric asset classes.
