The discussion will include an update on MCCs Version 2.0's implementation and the initiatives of the Responsible Contracting Project out of Rutgers University Law School as well as the continued progress in the development of environmental and European model contract clauses. All are welcome.

Professor Snyder is Director of the Washington School of Law Business Law Program. During 2021-2022, he also held a Fernand Braudel Senior Fellowship at the European University Institute (Florence). He currently chairs the American Bar Association Business Law Section Working Group to Draft Human Rights Protections in International Supply Contracts and also chairs the Implementation Task Force for the ABA Model Business and Supplier Policies on Labor Trafficking and Child Labor.
